Sunblock, Sunscreen & Skin Protection Information

We recommend a high SPF due to a study report of participants not applying enough sunblock product to reach the proper SPF. Higher SPF sunblocks only increase protection by 3% but you may achieve an SPF 15 if not applying enough of an SPF 30 product. The risk is increased sensitivity to the larger amount of chemical ingredients if using a chemical sunblock. 2 minutes of casual sun a day at the end of one year = 2 full weeks of sunbathing.
